Refunds, cancellations, and billing expectations.

This policy is written to be clear before purchase: Remora Edge is subscription software with a trial, and Remora Flow is a downloadable NinjaTrader DLL.

Remora Edge

Subscription cancellations.

Remora Edge includes a 7-day trial where shown at checkout. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid future subscription billing.

Cancel anytime

Cancellation stops future billing. Access may continue until the end of the current paid period or trial, depending on Stripe subscription status.

Trial responsibility

If you do not want the subscription to continue, cancel before the trial ends. Stripe sends subscription details to the checkout email.

Refund requests

Subscription refunds are reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate charges, accidental renewals reported quickly, or unresolved technical access issues.

Remora Flow

Downloadable software refund policy.

Remora Flow is delivered as a licensed downloadable DLL. Because the software is delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.

Before requesting a refund

Please use the Help Center install steps and contact support with your checkout email, NinjaTrader logs, and a clear description of the issue.

Eligible situations

Refunds may be approved for duplicate purchases, accidental purchases reported quickly, or technical issues that support cannot reasonably resolve.

Not guaranteed

Refunds are not guaranteed for change-of-mind requests after the DLL has been downloaded, trading losses, or incompatibility caused by unsupported custom setups.

Important

Trading results are not refundable.
